Rachel Lee,
ReplyDeleteI love that you are focusing on the special education department. This action research plan will definitely benefit all populations at every grade level. I think the implementation of a focus group is an excellent idea. This will give a voice to an expert group, and help you receive feedback along the way. It looks like you have many action steps planned for your journey. It will be busy, but I am excited to see the end result. Good luck! Check out my plan at: www.vickidibler.blogspot.com
Thanks!
