It looks like you have thought of each and every encounter you will have during your research. I like that you have the students involved in the tutoring. I think peer mentoring/tutoring is a great intervention that empowers both students involved. Although it may be difficult for teachers to give up time during the school day, I think teachers will be willing to help if they know ahead of time. We are all here to help the students on our campus, and your plan will show the teachers how much time and effort your are willing to give to the students.
